Medical Director Services

Homestead Rehabilitation Center provides 24-hour nursing care and in-house Nurse Practitioner services to assess and treat residents’ healthcare needs working closely with the Resident’s physician. If the Resident does not have a primary care physician, he or she can elect to be seen under the care of Homestead’s Medical Director.

	April Smith, APRN Nurse Practitioner Nurse Practitioners assess/treat chronic and acute health care problems, serve as a resource to nursing staff, visit Residents onsite Monday through Friday and are on-call 24/7.
