When Hospice care can no longer be provided at home, Homestead Rehabilitation Center offers private, inpatient rooms for Hospice care. Homestead contracts with Hospice agencies to provide palliative support care by a team consisting of a physician, a nurse, social workers, counselors, clergy, therapists and volunteers. Homestead nursing and support staff meet the resident and family needs for end of life care.
